this is bad. pe teachers should make it compulsory to stretch before doing any activities. zz. this mon we had pe. then practiced for napfa. and as usual didnt stretch. Thus, now i have ruptured stomach muscles while nikki has quadriceps strain. Sigh. Terrible can. Sitting is okay. But when i slouch i feel like got stomach pain. Some dull pain. Then when i hug my knees, even duller pain. When im in crunches position, theres a sharper aching pain. When i do crunches, pain like shit. =.=
Hah. Sigh anyway today was pretty fun (: Esp during CE. Okay fine. only during ce. haha. Everyone was rushing around and calling sponsors for the carnival. CoolCool (: Hahaa. Makes me so excited for it.
10 more days! i should start counting down =D. Okay better not. We're not exactly 100% prepared =S Grr.
Okay. back to doing nothing!
